The company was born in Holland, through a personal experience that the CEO, Dervis Demirtas, had with his 5-month-old son. Because of a wrong and very strong medication, the baby’s muscles were completely rigid, leaving him immobile. Upon calling the ambulance, the doctors were scared and apprehensive and weren’t sure what decision to make.

This situation made Dervis reflect on how that terrible moment should not be repeated with other people and how he could help train and train health professionals for emergencies like his son’s.

So, using his experience as an aerospace engineer, Dervis developed simulators with advanced technology and great realism with the aim of saving lives, through the preparation and training of health professionals.

Today, with more than 22 years of experience, Medical-X develops state-of-the-art simulators with extremely realistic appearance and functionality, contributing to medical education in various sectors. It has branches in Brazil, India and partners in all continents.
